All items being returned must get a return
authorization number. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of
receipt of the item. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned orders.
Please package items back in original packaging, items must have the
original packaging to be returned. Shipping charges must be pre-paid
otherwise shipments will be refused. You can send the item back by any
method that you like but we are not responsible for returns that are not
sent by a traceable method (i.e., we will not credit for returns sent
through the mail that never show up). We recommend that the item be sent
back by UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail (USPS delivery confirmation is not
considered to be traceable). All items will be inspected to insure the
product is re-salable. Once approved for return, you will be credited the
cost of the item excluding the shipping charges.
Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.
We only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship International.
For any large order please email or call for shipping quotes or questions.
Shipping & Handling: Most orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground, we reserve the right to ship the most economical shipping method. For small orders we may ship via USPS.
Delivery Time: 95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock. Delivery time for UPS & FedEx ground is 3 to 6 business days.

Once item ships order cannot be cancelled for any reason. All refused orders
are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are
subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.
Damaged Items: Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery.
If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an
RMA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged
item is returned.
Back Orders: All orders will be shipped as complete as possible and any back orders will be shipped automatically with no extra expense.
Cancellations: All order cancellations must be emailed to support@deluxeelectronics.com, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Sales Tax: All shipments within Ohio will be charged Arizona State tax.
Errors or omissions in descriptive,
typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to
correction. We reserve the right to modify this site's content at any time.
